The Droid launched in all channels for Verizon Wireless. Droid by Motorola and Droid Eris by HTC. I ordered the Eris first thing this morning. What a phone!



These phones for those who don't know are the latest in cell phone/ PDA pizazz. It features the operating system by Google, known as Android. Very sleek, very cool phones... and Google maps on the Motorola is HOT.



Not only do you navigate with maps, you can go with satellite maps and real time street view. It's freaking awesome!



Personally I ordered the Droid Eris for purely aesthetic reasons. I like phones that are sleek and sexy and aren't blocky looking. Though the Motorola Droid is more powerful and has the updated software, the Eris is just sleek.



MINE MINE MINE! It arrives on Monday at the office.

It took some time, but I think I'm finally feeling better. I've been sick for the last month with this weird sickness that isn't quite being "sick". It sucked because I know that several of my peers took out of work for the same thing.



I made sure I stayed in and kept from impacting the over all team results. I wish my coworkers felt the same.



Still loving Windows 7 upgrade, this thing ROCKS. It's almost as pretty as my mac in very small format, given the size of the netbook.

This is definitely the Droid I'm looking for.... Verizon Wireless releases the Android phone on Friday and I have to admit... I am in love.

I arrived here several hours ago, 3 to be precise. It was early afternoon and rather quiet at the cafe in terms of visitors/ diners.



It is now 6pm and the dinner crowd seems to be pouring in for Monday night. It's interesting to see the patters of traffic in a cafe. Perhaps most important, my dinner is finally going to be served.



I can sense the change in the amount of energy as more and more people enter. It's a simple matter of feeling more and more life energy inside the cafe. As the level rises, my senses go off like an alarm in my head.



It's time to watch, and time to enjoy the crowd in silence...

as a side note i'm going to be pissed if i have to purchase office 2007 again now that i've upgraded to windows 7.

went out for halloween with some friends and got plastered to the point of being sick. i promised myself i wasn't going to do that ever again, but the truth is that i needed it. i've been feeling rather low for a while and a good purging of emotion is what i needed. it's so seldom that i have the opportunity to let emotions out any more. i suppose that's one of the drawbacks of being proudly single and independent.



today is monday and it's the last day of my week that i have off. i decided to spend it at my favorite wifi cafe, eating some good food since i couldn't do it yesterday. have some good food and study and read for class this week.



life feels like a meaningless, ongoing battle with little enjoyment in between. and it seems that what little of it i do have i spend doing things that are unimportant and meaningless.



in other news, i upgraded my netbook to windows 7. with us supporting more and more devices via windows 7, i thought it would be wise to become familiar with the operating system and ensure that i know enough about it.
